- The client’s old system had a complex and unoptimized structure for storing and managing data. The server was inefficiently managed, resulting in high costs for the client, amounting to several lakhs in Amazon’s AWS.
- The existing system was also slow, had a basic design, and provided a limited, non-interactive user experience, making it difficult for users to navigate and filter through the data effectively.
